  • BIKE FITTING wird mit ihrem/seinem AKTUELLEN FAHRRAD durchgeführt.
  • BIKESIZING ist die Methode, die vor dem Kauf eines neuen Fahrrads angewandt wird.

Es werden drei verschiedene Fitting-Formeln angeboten, um ihre/seine Sitzung an ihre/seine Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Ich lade Sie herzlich ein, sich weiter unten über weitere Einzelheiten und Erklärungen zu informieren.

Sie suchen Komfort. Druckmessungen am Sattel können Bereiche mit übermäßigem Druck aufzeigen und helfen, mögliche Ursachen zu ermitteln. Während der Sitzung wird die Einstellung Ihres Fahrrads so angepasst, dass der schädliche Druck im subpubischen Bereich verringert und die Unterstützung auf weniger pathogene Knochenstrukturen verlagert wird.

Wenn Sie eine bessere Leistung anstreben, bleibt das Verfahren dasselbe. Unbehagen kann zu vorzeitiger Ermüdung führen und die Leistung beeinträchtigen. Unabhängig von Ihrer Praxis, Morphologie oder Ihren Ambitionen geht es darum, das optimale Gleichgewicht zwischen Leistung und Komfort zu finden.

Wenn Prävention im Vordergrund steht und Sie lagebedingte Überlastungsprobleme vermeiden wollen, ist die Kombination aus Videoanalyse und Druckmessung am Sattel wertvoll.

Für Personen, die aus orthopädischen oder neurologischen Gründen eine Sitzpositionsoptimierung anstreben, wird die Ortho-Formel empfohlen.

Die Ortho-Formel enthält:

  • Interview, um Ihre Ambitionen, Praxis, Erwartungen und Beschwerden zu verstehen.
  • Bewertung der Beweglichkeit von Muskeln und Gelenken, Feststellung von Asymmetrien oder spezifischen Defiziten.
  • Beobachtung der dynamischen Eigenschaften beim Treten auf der Trainingsrolle.
  • Einstellung der Pedalplatten.
  • Messung wichtiger Winkel und Visualisierung der Körperhaltung durch Videoanalyse
  • Analyse der Achsen der unteren Gliedmaßen.
  • Optimale Einstellung von Sattelhöhe, -neigung, -setback, Lenkerreichweite, -überhöhung, -drehung und Hebelpositionen.
  • Visualisierung von Druckmessungen am Sattel
  • Optimierung der Sattellposition.
  • Vergleich der Drücke und Videos vor und nach der Optimierung.
  • Gegebenenfalls: Tipps zu Dehnung, Technik, Stabilität usw.

Die Basic-Formel entspricht der Ortho-Formel, aber ohne die Satteldruckmessung. Er ist für Radfahrer ohne orthopädische Probleme oder sattelbedingte Beschwerden oder Schmerzen konzipiert. Diese Formel ist für diejenigen geeignet, die weniger Wert auf Präzision bei der Positionierung legen, aber dennoch gesundheitliche Probleme aufgrund einer schlechten Passform vermeiden wollen. Sie kann jedoch weniger wirksam sein, wenn es um Erkrankungen des Harn- oder Genitalsystems geht, die durch den Satteldruck verursacht oder verschlimmert werden können.

Wenn Ihre Entscheidung für ein Fitting keine orthopädischen oder neurologischen Gründe hat und Sie mit Ihrem Sattel zufrieden sind, wird die Basic-Formel empfohlen.

Die Basic-Formel umfasst:

  • Interview, um Ihre Ambitionen, Praxis, Erwartungen und Beschwerden zu verstehen.
  • Bewertung der Beweglichkeit von Muskeln und Gelenken, Feststellung von Asymmetrien oder spezifischen Defiziten.

Unterschied zur Ortho-Formel:

Weggelassen werden Druckmessungen auf dem Sattel zur Visualisierung der Druckverteilung und der Beckenstabilität auf dem Sattel.

Die Express-Formel wurde für zeitbewusste Radfahrer entwickelt, die eine kürzere Sitzung von maximal zwei Stunden bevorzugen. Diese Formel, die sowohl für alle Fahrräder ohne Aerolenker geeignet ist, stellt die Effizienz in den Vordergrund und bewahrt gleichzeitig die Individualität. Hier sind die wichtigsten Merkmale:

  • Strikte Einhaltung des Zeitrahmens von maximal zwei Stunden, wobei die Pünktlichkeit im Vordergrund steht 😉 .
  • Funktionelle Tests sind weniger detailliert.
  • Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass Sie mit Ihrem derzeitigen Sattel zufrieden sind; daher entfallen die Satteltests.
  • Nur geeignet für Personen ohne orthopädische, neurologische oder Fußbeschwerden.
  • Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass es keinen signifikanten Unterschied in der Länge der unteren Gliedmaßen gibt.
  • Pedalplatteneinstellung in nur zwei Dimensionen.
  • Der Bericht wird ohne Videodateien gesendet.
  • Eine Outdoor-Testfahrt nach den Einstellungen wird nicht möglich sein.

Die Express-Formel umfasst:

  • Interview, um Ambitionen, Praxis, Erwartungen und Beschwerden zu verstehen.
  • Beobachtung der dynamischen Parameter beim Pedalieren auf der Rolle.
  • Einstellung der Pedalplatten.
  • Messung wichtiger Winkel und Visualisierung der Körperhaltung durch Videoanalyse.
  • Analyse der Achsen der unteren Gliedmaßen.
  • Optimale Einstellung von Sattelhöhe, -neigung, -setback, Lenkerreichweite, -überhöhung, -drehung und Hebelpositionen.
  • Vergleich der Videoaufnahmen vor und nach der Optimierung.
