Closure: Mid Power M4 Cartridge Tongue mounted BOA dial excels in ice, dirt & other challenging environments & is designed to be easily adjusted with gloves on. The mid-capacity dial combines durability & closure strength to withstand intense force & impact, without sacrificing fit & when combined with Click-Fit quick release, the system makes for an easier entry & exit.

Outsole: Supergrip Enduro Sole with Ice Lock anti-slip lug inserts. Not only does the MX146 feature Lake’s Legendary Fiberglass injected Nylon sole, but also one of the most technically advanced rubber soles. The Supergrip rubber sole features ICE LOCK tread inserts, which are vertically injected micro-glass fibers that grip virtually all surfaces. This gives you a wet weather cycling shoe that is sure-footed and stable in any condition.
