The interface between shoe and pedal: the Shimano Cleats CL-SL120

Shimano pedals and cleats have been developed to work as a system and are precisely matched to ensure optimal power transfer and safety. Cleats can wear out through intensive use and especially through walking. They should therefore be replaced to maintain comfort and reliability levels. The low-profile CL-SL120 improves walkability and pedal entry. It is compatible with Shimano SPD-SLR pedals only, not with SPD-SL pedals.
